Booking Cancellation

Cancellation requests are reviewed according to the project terms, builder approval, and payment status at the time of request.

Eligible refunds are processed after verification of booking details and applicable deductions. Bank processing timelines may vary.

Some builder, documentation, convenience, or third-party charges may be non-refundable depending on the project terms shared at booking.

Scheduled appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled before the confirmed slot, subject to team availability.
